About CCMC Advanced Technologies Inc.

CCMC Advanced Technologies Inc. is a dual-use, deep-tech company developing novel, high-impact, next-generation machine learning and advanced data analytics technologies for government agencies and strategically important industries.

Its core product, Prometheus, is a patent-backed predictive intelligence platform designed to identify emerging risks, evaluate scenarios, and help organizations make better-informed decisions backed by evidence and measurable data.

CCMC is pursuing U.S. government R&D and validation pathways for technological innovations while advancing a defensible U.S. and international intellectual-property-backed commercialization strategy. The company is focused on responsible innovation, efficient computing, evidence-based decision support, and delivering long-term economic and public value.

A New Generational Technology Company

CCMC is being built at a time when many Americans are questioning the ethical direction of artificial intelligence within the tech industry, with concerns over privacy, job security, increased utility costs, energy demands, data centers, and potential environmental impacts taking center stage in public discourse.

Some people are even asking whether or not the long-term benefits of AI outweigh the current drawbacks affecting communities across the country. CCMC takes those concerns very seriously; the company hopes to establish a higher standard for advanced technology built around human expertise, measurable results, and a commitment to security, stability and trust.

Mario Tovar stated, “We want CCMC to demonstrate that ambitious innovation can exist alongside investments in the public good. Success at the cost of the community is not acceptable.”

What Is Prometheus?

At the center of CCMC’s technological innovations is Prometheus, the company’s patent-backed predictive intelligence software. Prometheus is a real-time forecasting tool that connects to existing systems to help organizations manage change and risk with a high degree of accuracy, turning fragmented data into early warnings and proactive, audit-ready decisions.

Governments, businesses, and utility providers often operate a mix of old and new infrastructure, resulting in information being scattered across legacy databases, spreadsheets, modern software, sensors, and cloud systems. Prometheus is designed to connect those data sources together without requiring organizations to overhaul their pre-existing systems, effectively extending the lifespan of legacy hardware.

Once connected, Prometheus identifies developing patterns, forecasts probable outcomes, and helps leaders see the best path of decision-making available before committing people, money, equipment, or other resources.

For businesses, that can include identifying avoidable costs, improving resource allocation, and uncovering previously unseen revenue opportunities. Prometheus is capable of providing defined metrics for all of these instances, having already done so in multiple verified 3PL case studies.

Prometheus performs like an immune system for an organization: It watches for signs that conditions may be changing and identifies potential problems before they fully form. However, Prometheus does not make decisions for organizations on its own; business owners, leaders, operators, engineers, and civil servants remain the experts and retain full control.

CCMC’s technical experts built Prometheus on reservoir computing foundations including Echo State Networks, or ESNs, and CCMC’s proprietary SPERC platform, short for Structured Physics-Enforced Reservoir Computing. The International Search Authority found all of CCMC’s patent claims to be novel, with three being additionally declared as inventive.

“We are not building Prometheus to make people’s decisions for them,” said Elane De Menezes, Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Operations and Delivery Lead at CCMC. “Prometheus is a tool meant to help leaders know what is happening, see what may happen next, compare options, and make decisions backed by hard evidence and data.”

Taking Intelligence Beyond the Data Center

One of the most important facets of Prometheus’s design is its capability to operate on the edge; the edge in this case meaning the capacity to successfully operate without reliance on pre-existing infrastructure.

This means that Prometheus can run optimally on low-power systems without continuous cloud or internet connectivity, ensuring continuity in remote or constrained regions. Being edge-capable allows users to deploy Prometheus wherever it is determined to be needed.

This matters when connectivity is limited and pivotal decisions must be made quickly. CCMC’s roadmap includes planned CPU-only edge operation, explainable outputs, and offline deployment capability.

This approach to working with predictive intelligence reflects CCMC’s value of operational efficiency: using only the appropriate amount of power and resources to solve a problem without producing excess waste or driving up unnecessary costs.

A Practical & Responsible Approach to Green Technology

This philosophy also shapes how CCMC views responsible technology usage as a whole. The company wants efficiency, security, and positive impact to be measurable, with environmental savings and other downstream benefits proven through evidence. CCMC’s proposed validation work includes CPU use, memory, latency, connectivity, and energy performance.

“We know trust has to be earned,” said Michael A. Hernandez, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of CCMC. “If we say something is safer, more efficient, or more effective, it’s because we have measured it. That’s the standard we have put our technology and our company up to.”

Building the Next Generation With Universities

CCMC has already begun a working partnership with a local Chicago university, Governors State University, and hopes it becomes the beginning of a broader academic network. CCMC and GSU have developed concepts involving academic investigation and independent review of Prometheus, including research design, statistical review, reproducibility, findings, and limitations.

CCMC hopes to work with more universities to share appropriate research, expose students to emerging predictive technologies, and help identify future skills, coursework, internships, research opportunities, and career pathways.

Caleb L. Williams, Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Technical Director at CCMC stated, “We are very grateful for our relationship with Governors State University. We hope it is the first of many. If we are building technology for the future, we should help prepare people for that future too.”

Working With Civil Servants

CCMC plans to work with state and federal agencies on public issues where early warnings, forecasting, and scenario planning will help civil servants make better-informed decisions, with the goal to reduce unnecessary analytical burdens to ensure public services and institutions can continue to function efficiently.

Future government validation may even prove Prometheus capable of identifying fiscal pressure, inefficient resource allocation, or avoidable costs early, allowing policymakers more time to focus limited resources on priorities such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Helping Businesses Grow Intelligently

The same principle applies to businesses. Prometheus is designed to connect signals across sales, finance, workforce, operations, customer trends, and supply chains so leaders can understand how changes in one area may affect another.

By connecting previously isolated sources of information, Prometheus has already been business-validated in identifying revenue opportunities worth several hundred thousand dollars across product-pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and competitor analysis.

CCMC provides the necessary information to help organizations become more productive, more profitable, and more resilient, creating a better foundation for investment, growth, and future employment.

Build Where We Serve

CCMC’s expansion strategy will begin in Illinois before expanding across the United States. Its patent-backed intellectual-property portfolio and international PCT filing support a pathway to seek patent protection in additional markets as the company grows. CCMC intends to coordinate with appropriate Illinois economic-development resources, including DCEO and its Office of Trade and Investment, as it evaluates international opportunities.

Initial interests include Austria and the European Union, followed over time by Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and other markets subject to local requirements. Where foreign long-term demand supports a permanent presence, CCMC will establish local operations, hire locally and build relationships with universities, businesses, governments, and communities.
